Joshua Mattison

Josh Mattison joined the family real estate business as a licensed agent in 2002. He became a real estate broker and took over the business by 2005, which is also when he bought his first investment property. Josh has helped 100's of first time buyers, sellers, and investors pursue their real estate goals. During the 20 years of residential real estate sales, Josh has become a fulltime real estate investor, specializing is bank foreclosures, property flips, and residential rental property.
