Donald Moriarty O'Leary

After years of studying Business, Marketing, Economics and Architecture at 7 different colleges, other specialized programs, traveling and working over a 15 year span, Don settled back in Syracuse, New York in his beloved Tipperary Hill neighborhood.

“Tipp Hill”, a place full of great parks, people, pubs, and even the world famous upside down traffic light!!!!!

Born into Irish-American roots, he grew up in a diverse city neighborhood on the east side of Syracuse in a post World War 2 housing project across from the “Iconic” Snowflake Bakery! His family moved when he was nine to the Tipperary Hill neighborhood where many of his ancestors settled!

Working in Commercial Real Estate at Cushman & Wakefield Pyramid Brokerage Company since 1992. He fills his free time networking, travel when possible, pubbing (character development), and writing which is the ultimate trip 
