Glenda Mayo

Dr. Glenda Mayo, CSI-CDT, LEED AP, CFM, ASCE is an Associate Professor at UNC Charlotte in the Engineering Technology and Construction Management Department. She received her Ph.D. in Design, Construction and Planning from the University of Florida in 2014. She specializes in areas of facilities management documentation, BIM, and the management practices of construction which provide solutions for the data deliverables provided to the owner. She has received funding and completed research in the areas of asset management and LiDAR scanning. Prior to academia, her experience included a position as Assistant Director of Facilities Management at the University of West Florida. Glenda is a member of the Associated Schools of Facilities Management (ASFM) and the International Facilities Management Association (IFMA).
