Felix Velarde

Felix Velarde started one of the world's first specialist digital agencies in 1994. He then had a successful twenty years as an industry leader, innovator and serial founder. From 1994 to 2015 he was CEO of five award-winning marketing agencies, chair of half a dozen more (including several agencies of the year), and CEO of an agency roll-up.

His stellar career also included being an Adjunct Professor at Hult International Business School, UK lead at Vint Cerf and Mei Lin Fung's People-Centered Internet, and a member of Innovation for Jobs Leadership Forum. He is also a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts.

In 2016 Felix Velarde founded 2Y3X, an international two-year growth acceleration program that routinely triples participating companies' value. As well as an international speaker, he is a board advisor and consultant on agency strategy, agency M&A and turnarounds.
