Nutritionist, cookbook author, and publisher, Mona Dolgov lives her lifelong mission of creating “kitchen comfort” and simple, healthier lifestyle habits through her healthy-delicious recipes, A graduate of Cornell University in Nutritional Sciences, Mona is the founder of You Live Right, LLC, a boutique cookbook publisher, focused on healthy living.
As a culinary food strategist and nutritionist, Mona loves taking a new approach to classic recipes to make them trendy, simple, and better for you. She has a variety of food, health and wellness, and housewares clients, where she helps with developing recipe content and strategic marketing projects. Mona has authored over 30 cookbooks for her corporate clients, She is currently the nutrition and recipe expert for Philips Kitchen.
Mona is the author of her new cookbook SATISFY, which features recipes that include plant forward ingredients, simple and quick,(that are all gluten-free), and incorporate mindful portions. All recipes are based on updated nutritional research to ensure each meal is nutrient dense and balanced. She is also the co-author of The Perfect Portion Cookbook, which focuses on comfort foods made healthier.
Mona also holds personal and group weekly online group ZOOM classes, Mona’s Healthy Kitchen. She shares recipes, planning, and simple nutritional tips to get delicious meals on the table in no time, and to help her new cookbook become interactive and come alive. She also has appeared on a variety of national nutrition and health and wellness podcasts, and was featured on national media, including The Today Show, Huffington Post, The Doctors, Parade, and a variety of regional media.
She is also a proud Mom of her two grown children, Rachel and Scott, and a loving wife of Doug. She loves to go on long walks and runs, bike, sing, and of course, cook with family and friends. She resides in Boston and Martha's Vineyard.
