She is very fond of travelling: experiencing the world and its many different cultures and so spends a lot of time doing just that.

She has been writing for many years and has shared some travelogues and short stories with close friends, but has never ventured in to the field of novel writing before.

Jennifer likes her own company and is not very active on social media.

Books and writing are a passion, as are history, politics, philosophy and stock-car racing.

House on the Rue du Parc

I wrote ‘House on the Rue du Parc’ to see if I could.

It was a challenge driven by curiosity and a desire to tell a story with a certain risqué theme.

New to the genre of Erotica, I found encouragement from the positive feedback of beta-readers.

Would others be interested in the story of nineteenth century Parisian polite society’s not so polite goings on?

Preliminary research in to the genre and the nature of books published revealed what appeared to be a willing audience for my story.

And so here it is.

No pretense is made as to the nature of this book: it was written as a challenge, to see if I could, nothing more than that. Anything that comes of it now is a pleasant addition to the joy of writing it.

Secretly of course, I do hope you like it and are entertained by it.
