Born and raised in Oregon, Peter Harrett grew up on a strict diet of sci-fi, fantasy, and unfettered imagination. From classic fantasy masterpieces like The Wizard of Oz to timeless sci-fi treasures like Star Trek, Peter's childhood poised him for a lifetime of love for epic adventures.

Today, Peter lives with his family in Western Washington, where's he's spent most of his adult years. A passionate language-lover and writer, Peter attributes his literary inclinations to his grandfather, Peter James Bennett, whose lasting influence continues to shape Peter's life and character to this day.
