Ina Johnson Myers

Ina Johnson Myers, CEO of When She Rise, LLC. is an Int’l Keynote Speaker, Resiliency Coach, and a 7x Bestselling Author.

Ina is a 24-year retired Army Combat Veteran with PTSD (Post Traumatic Stress Disorder), a survivor of MST (Military Sexual Trauma) and Narcissistic Abuse. As a granddaughter of two WWI Veteran grandparents and the daughter of two WWII Veteran parents, resiliency isn’t just what she teaches…...it’s all she knows.

Her company specializes in Narcissistic Abuse awareness, recovery, and victim prevention. She advocates for women to understand the difference between healthy and narcissistic love and relationships. She helps women develop the understanding of those red flags during the dating phase, and the not-so-obvious narcissistic personality traits, and mannerisms to recognize and avoid. She also helps them focus on the Christian approach to dealing with those toxic personality traits as they walk through their healing journey. Her own experiences with surviving toxic relationships throughout her military career and beyond are why she advocates for women to be aware of whom they allow to sit at their table and not ignore the red flags they see and hear in their desire for a partner. Red flags do not turn green over time.

Ina is the Visionary Author behind the #1 Bestselling anthology series “Rising Above Narcissistic Abuse”. This global initiative helps provide resources for survivors and bring a more profound awareness of Narcissistic Abuse across the world, she also helps women break free of the lingering trauma from their abuse by sharing their story on a global stage. Through her writing workshop and Christian support group, she provides a safe space where survivors can find their voice and reclaim their narrative. Her compassionate approach helps empower women to transform their broken past into the strength and purpose they were designed for. With each story shared, seeds of healing and solidarity are planted worldwide, reminding every woman that she is not alone and her past nor her pain defines her future. Her work not only uplifts women globally but also raise awareness, inspiring others to join the fight against Narcissistic Abuse and to advocate for a more compassionate Christ like world.
