I am a Productivity Expert & Consultant in addition to being Team & Transformational Coach. I bring my coaching and consulting expertise together to support large organisations through major transformations. I have been lucky enough to lead international consulting transformations in multiple regions including Europe, Middle East & Central Europe Region. I get passionate about enabling teams to deal with their challenging problems and performing way beyond their own expectations. .

I have coached both high potential graduates and C-Level within large corporates. I am also a speaker and lecturer and have delivered on topics such as “Coaching in Hostile Environments” & “Conducting Difficult Conversations” . I have been also fortunate to do pro-bono coaching for senior academic leaders as part of the ICF affiliated Ambition Institute programme and looking forward to being part of the Global Ethical Coach Programme.

I have recently become the CEO of Engaged Intelligence® , a company which sets out to rebuild "Trust" in large organisations, which is at an all-time low, by engaging with employees in a dynamic, transparent and anonymous way.
