Ciandress Jackson

Ciandress is an educator and technology professional with a strong creative streak. As a military brat, Ciandress had the fortune of living in Turkey while she was very young. Her family was evacuated in 1992 due to Desert Storm, but the memories of living in Ankara always lived vividly in Ciandress' mind. The sights, the sounds, the landmarks, the food, and the cultural experiences are not only memories that she holds on to to this day, but she credits these experiences with her strong appreciation for diversity and her empathetic and non-judgemental way of being.

In addition to loving the experience of travel, Ciandress also has a child-like fascination with airplanes, especially the iconic 747 jumbo jet, which is the inspiration behind Chloe the Jumbo Jet. In fact, you can often catch her in airports snapping photos and videos of the friendly giant flying creatures, and even chasing Air Force One around her town of Greensboro, North Carolina where it frequently stops through to do training exercises.

Chloe the Jumbo Jet combines Ciandress' love of travel, her fascination with airplanes, and her desire to "change" the world by helping people develop more empathy and kindness towards one another. When asked, Ciandress' remarks that 'she created Chloe the Jumbo Jet because she wanted to bottle up the feeling of watching a toddler at an airport, and their excitement as they await the opportunity to board the plane and go on adventure' and share that feeling with the world.
