Elizabeth M. Fraley

Elizabeth Fraley is an experienced trial lawyer and Professor of Law at Baylor Law School where she teaches procedure and evidence in Baylor's nationally acclaimed Practice Court program and is part of the leadership development team. Professor Fraley co-directs the school's LL.M. in Litigation Management, hosting a monthly webinar on excellence and efficiency in handling litigation. She is a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates and has been regularly recognized as Texas Monthly Super Lawyer since 2004 and a Best Lawyer in Dallas since 2010. Professor Fraley is passionate about developing lawyer leaders, mentoring young lawyers, and preserving our right to trial by jury. She is an avid runner and traveler and proud mother of three children.
