Reuben Shupp

I am a Navy Veteran and a former elementary school teacher. I live in Texas with my wife and two children. When I am not writing books for young adults, you can find me working in the yard.

I discovered my love of prose when I began writing a memoir for my children. The experience opened the door to storytelling. And I have been writing ever since. My goal is to spark imagination, invite a shiver or two, and remind young readers that even in scary stories—courage and connection matter.
