C.C. York is an indie author that is rarely far from a fantasy or a romance novel at any given time, and believes every story would be better with a bit of magic thrown in. Her latest work, Dave Needs to Stay Dead, is a rom-com whodunnit about a Bravo TV detective that's falling for the woman he's supposed to take down for murder. Arrival of the Rifted was C.C. York's debut novel, and is set in a magical realm just beyond our own. It is part of The Rifted Series.

She's an Atlanta native living on a southern barrier island with her husband, two kids, and an oversized dachshund named Pudge.
