Mrs. Helen Zhao used to be a doctor and worked in a hospital for over 30 years. She is now retired and living a quiet and peaceful life at home.
As a professional doctor, she first had the inspiration and proposed the writing of a non-fiction book on family planning.
After further in-depth discussion and study, we felt it worthwhile to write such a book. Therefore, the successful publication of the book “Review of China’s Population and Family Planning Programs” should first of all be attributed to Mrs. Helen Zhao.
Mrs. Helen Zhao joined in the whole process of writing the book. As a senior doctor, her professional expertise and rich experience have contributed a great deal to the book.
Many thanks to Mrs. Helen Zhao
