As the founder and Chief Experience Officer of Brand Experiences, the last 10 years have been focused on how organisations deliver the best experiences to their colleagues and customers. He is the co-founder of the Employee Experience Opportunity – in partnership with the Institute of Internal Communication – with the objective to create parity between EX and CX. He has published a book ‘Monetising the Employee Experience’ which shows how to prove the ROI for investing in your people and optimising productivity, as well as creating a free EX Toolkit which has been downloaded by hundreds of organisations across the globe. His mission is to create workplaces where employees have what they need to be ‘happy and productive’ at work and has a target to help improve the lives of 5 million employees by 2030.
