Delilah Snell

Delilah Snell is the owner of Alta Baja Market; a market and café in Santa Ana, California celebrating the flavors and makers of California, the American Southwest and Mexico. She is a former Master Preserver receiving her certificate from the UC Cooperative Extension in 2009, and has produced food events for 5 to 30,000 people. Mrs. Snell has taught and lectured on food preservation, food crafting, sustainability, entrepreneurship and event production for over a decade. She is a passionate gardener, DIYer and cook.
