Brian Surber

Brian Surber has spent 25 years in law enforcement as a prosecutor, legal advisor to a police agency, and narcotics agent. He has received numerous awards including recognition as the State Prosecutor of the Year, State Officer of the Year, and Outstanding Achievement Award for a State Association. Surber has taught over 250 seminars in 14 states and has authored numerous public safety resources including The Police Officer’s Guide to the Fourth Amendment and Miranda, The Investigator’s Guide to Search and Seizure, The Prosecutor’s Guide to Fourth and Fifth Amendment Motions to Suppress and co-authored the Oklahoma Drug Prosecutor’s Desk Reference.
