Caleb Allen

Caleb Allen’s story is one of a wounded healer. He grew up in the midst of tobacco farms in rural Kernersville, NC. Growing up his mother remarried four times, from one abusive relationship to the next. As such, he continually felt abandoned by father after father. At the age of 12, his mother became religious and he was forced to follow in her footsteps. By the age of 19 he was excommunicated from that religion and his entire family....more abandonment. The next 19 years were spent repressing deep-seated pain, chasing fulfillment in all the wrong places. By the age of 38, certain life events brought out all of that pain and spirituality was discovered. Through many bouts of suffering, he discovered that all emotional pain is self-generated. He spent the next three years focusing on his own healing, which has resulted in many insights to share with the world. He currently lives in Carrboro, NC with his four year old pup, Lexi-Boo.
