Ryan Stock is a three-time author including the sports psychology best-seller One Last Drop. One Last Drop—a story on imbalances around alcohol, athletics and love— has since been turned into a feature length documentary that has now won multiple awards on the film festival circuit. Outside the creative space Stock uses his skills as a 200-hour yoga instructor, meditator and mental skills coach to help improve the lives of high performers in a variety of fields.
Before becoming an author Stock struggled with his transition out of sports, dealing with failure as an athlete and coach, difficult relationships, and his own anxiety and stress.
