Veller Hunt

Admittedly, Veller Hunt is a pseudonym. Why not use your real name? Research shows that most adventure novels are written by men. So far, non-fiction books and romance novels have been found under the name Cornelia Wriedt. A trip into the genre of #xanxia and #wuxia (loosely speaking, hero stories that take place in Asia and have influences from the fantasy genre, mythology, martial arts and traditional Chinese medicine) doesn't really fit in with this.

But how does one, as a European, come to deal with this topic? First of all, the focus is clearly on the fantasy genre. So everything is allowed, so to speak. The influences, which seem Chinese, came from the love for Asian fantasy series and some personal experiences in Qigong, TaiChi and martial arts.

By the way: Veller Hunt is the pseudonym used by the writer Christian Meier in Cornelia Wriedt's novel "Old House and New Happiness". This closes the circle.
