What gets Kaylee out of bed every day is her determination to create financial independence and a space for those in codependent and toxic relationships, which hampers their ability to visualize and manifest an amazing reality.

Her company, The Apartment Queen, is changing the face of multifamily by involving more women as powerhouse operators,

key principles, and limited partners. Kaylee’s vision is to create 1 billion female SheVestors and “givers” by 2030.

Kaylee has done home flipping, note buying, active/passive investing in apartments, and sometimes is her own lender. She feels that to be truly confident in giving advice, one should have experience and knowledge of the subjects they are advising.

Kaylee has purchased over $68.2 million in multifamily real estate as a General partner and principle. She sold over $3 million in residential real estate before transitioning into her current full-time syndication role.

Originally from Portland, Oregon, she founded the Women Who Invest Wednesday networking group in Dallas, which is also virtual. She is also the host of the #1 Leading Ladies podcast, where she interviews kick-ass women who are disrupting their industry to share the REAL story of how they got where they are.

She is currently developing the Shevest app, which provides a simple and convenient way for women to learn how to earn passive income through apartment investing.

Kaylee has completed hundreds of hours of continuing education in real estate. Also, she is constantly learning about multifamily business models to obtain the best return on investment for herself and her partners.
