Tyler Appleby

In 2014, when he was fourteen years old, Tyler Appleby had an idea that slowly transformed into his first novel. In November 2015, he self-published The Key to Yamal, the first installment of The Triqan Trilogy. The next two novels, Adonai's Book and Bane of the Hylokar, were published soon after that, completing the series. In early 2017, Tyler achieved his first dream: to be one of few authors to publish a trilogy before the age of 18. Since then, Tyler has continued to write books, plays, short stories, and poetry, and he plans on honing his writing craft until the end of his days.

Tyler was homeschooled through his sophomore year of high school. He then enrolled in the Running Start program at Pierce College, from which he received his AA degree and high school diploma. In 2021, Tyler received a BA in Theatre, with a minor in English, from Whitworth University in Spokane, WA. In addition, to producing novels, he currently writes, directs, and teaches for a homeschool-based theatre company.
