Sara Erdner PhD CMPC

Dr. Sara Erdner, CMPC received her PhD in Sport Psychology and Motor Behavior from the University of Tennessee-Knoxville, where she also completed her Master of Science in Communication Studies, with an emphasis in interpersonal communication. She currently works as an assistant professor of coaching and coordinator of the Master of Science in Coaching (online) degree at Adams State University. As a Certified Mental Performance Consultant (CMPC®, #712) through the Association of Applied Sport Psychology (AASP), Sara also conducts independent mental performance services for a wide variety of performers, which includes working with youth, college, Olympic, and professional athletes.
