Richard Dare Ajiboye

Dare is a Certified Professional Coach, licensed Human Resource and general Management practitioner. A motivational and public speaker who has facilitated at workshops in countries across Africa, Asia, Europe and Central America. He has authored 10 books covering different fields of life.

He holds Doctor of Business Administration degree from Swiss Management Centre University – Switzerland, MBA from Ambrose Alli University, Ekpoma - Nigeria and MA in Theology from All Saints Theological Seminary - Nigeria, among other educational qualifications. He is a Fellow of Nigerian Institute of Management (Chartered), Fellow of Chartered Institute of Administration and Institute of Strategic Management, Nigeria. He is also a Full Member of Chartered Institute of Personnel Management, Nigeria, and Nigerian Institute of Training and Development among other professional bodies. He is an alumnus of the Manchester Business School leadership programme and Lagos Business School Human Resource Management programme.

Dare has risen through the ranks to the summit of organizational leadership as a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Chairman, Board of Directors. He is married to Grace and they are blessed with children. His purpose is making people better than he has met them. No wonder, with his meagre resources he has sponsored indigent students at different levels of education in their pursuits for knowledge.
