Lisa Kern

Lisa Kern is an award-winning, best-selling author (Mama’s Gotta Grow!; FearLess), holistic therapist, and reiki practitioner. Through a unique combination of energy work and coaching, Lisa helps people heal inner wounds and find alignment in their lives so they can expand in love, find purpose, and live in abundance.

Lisa has a master’s degree in occupational therapy, and a bachelor’s in science from American International College. As a multi-passionate entrepreneur, she also holds certifications as a brain injury specialist, mindset coach, yoga instructor, and is co-founder of Work Your M.O.T.O.R; an online home exercise program for stroke survivors.

An eternal optimist with an open mind and open heart, Lisa considers herself a student of life with a passion for personal development. She credits her greatest teachers to be her two children, Will and Gavin. In her spare time, you can find Lisa hiking, traveling, or spending time with friends and family.
