Troy D. Zeigler

Troy was raised on the plains of Western Kansas and in the mountains of Eastern Colorado. The son of a Methodist Minister, his father's philosophy and values had a major impact on his life. After getting a BA degree from Kansas Wesleyan University, he spent six years in the Air Force, then went into a career in sales and marketing. He later completed an MPA with an emphasis on Executive Management at the University of Denver. After heading a multimillion dollar sales and marketing organization, he began providing independent management consulting. During that time he came to the realization that 90% of workplace problems were related to leadership rather than management. The remainder of his career was spent in Leadership Coaching, providing Leadership Workshops, and providing Leadership Training to individuals and corporations.
