Howard Randolph II has a resume which reflects
service, both by way of volunteerism and professional
endeavor. Howard is naval veteran and is immersed in
serving his community in the City of Philadelphia. His
professional abilities include negotiation, public speaking,
and project management. He has over twenty years’
experience in the areas of leadership and community
development. Howard has also served as executive board of
trustee member for his children’s school, and he has served
as a program coordinator at the Philadelphia Anti-Drug
Anti-violence Network, working with at-risk youth. In his
spare time, he has also served as a driver in his local church’s
transportation ministry. Holding a Master’s of Business
Administration, Howard finds joy in his gift which is in
service. Howard is the recipient of the Delta mu Delta My Broken Pieces

International Honor Society in Business Award (2016),
the United States Military Humanitarian Service medal,
the U.S. Armed Forces Expeditionary medal, a U.S. Coast
Guard commendation. In his heart, Howard really believes
leadership is an opportunity to serve. Howard is a husband
and father, in which he takes great pride.
