Born on August 30, 1998, in Ghatail Cantonment, Tangail, Bangladesh, Nazmul's hometown is in Lakshmipur District, where his family roots remain deeply connected. He was raised in a family with a strong tradition of service. His father, Salimuzzaman, served as an officer in the Bangladesh Army, while his grandfather served as a Petty Officer in both the East Pakistan Navy and the Bangladesh Navy. Their discipline, resilience, and dedication have profoundly influenced his outlook on life and writing.
Alongside his literary pursuits, Nazmul is a dedicated English teacher and educational content creator. Through his YouTube channel, he has helped numerous students improve their English language skills and develop confidence in learning.
His poem "Black & White," which addresses the issue of racism, has been appreciated by readers from different countries, particularly in Africa, and has been recited in educational settings.
