Gabriele Euchner, MBA (University of Cologne, Germany)

Executive Coach, Sparring Partner, Author

Gabriele works as an executive coach, sparring partner, and former international executive. For over ten years, she has been supporting C-level executives, managers, and entrepreneurs during critical phases of their professional and personal development—in situations where complexity, pressure, and change demand new forms of clarity and leadership. Before becoming an executive coach, she enjoyed a successful international management career spanning more than 20 years in the consumer goods industry, as an entrepreneur, and in the consulting sector in Europe and the U.S. Among other roles, she served as managing director and general manager for U.S. companies in Central Europe and the DACH region.

In Gabriele’s new book, *Shall We Travel Again?*, she recounts her own life journey—full of adventures, emotional roller coasters, freedom, love, and courage—and her search for an answer: Why am I really here?

Gabriele is also the author of several management books:

"Back in the Game: The Guide to Your Dream Job" (KDP 2021)

“Kicked Out of the Executive Suite: Top Managers Who Were Fired Speak Out” (Haufe 2013)

“Motivation: The Key Factor. From Employee to Co-Entrepreneur.” (BoD 2008)

“Success as an Entrepreneur. The Quality Check for the New Generation of Managers.” (FTD 2000)

Born and raised in France and Germany, she was shaped by an international environment due to her father’s profession. She has seen much of the world and has lived and worked as an expat in Switzerland and the United States. She is interested in contemporary art, particularly Native American art in the United States.
