Paramjit has more than 26 years of experience in the areas of Sales, Capability Building (Training & Development) & Human Resources. Over the years, his association with industries like IT Education (TCS, NIIT, Aptech), Hospitality (Club Mahindra), Digital (Monster.com, Shine.com), Media (Hindustan Times, Mint, Hindi Hindustan, Fever-104), Automobile (Maruti Suzuki, Audi India, Continental), Human Resources (Kelly Services, Holostik, Team Lease), Defense Services (Indian Army), Pharmaceutical (Novartis) & FMCG (Dabur, SC Johnson, Godfrey Phillips, Unicharm) has honed his skills as a professional Trainer & OD Consultant while adding to his progression and skill set.

Organizations and clients he has worked with have given him an opportunity to train across India, Asia, America and Europe. Paramjit completed his graduation in Commerce (Honors) from Delhi University. Post-graduation, he continuously upgraded his skills in IT (Systems Management Diploma from NIIT), Training delivery (City & Guilds, UK), Contextual Content Creation (City & Guilds, UK), People Process orientation (SEI-PCMM), BPMS (QGSPL), Certified Trainer for 7 Habits of Highly Effective People (Franklin Covey Foundation), Devine Inventory (Certified Assessor for Assessment Tools from Hiring to Separation, including 360º and Engagement Surveys), Certified Assessor from Thomas International (for Assessment & Development Centres) and Coaching skills (Coaching & Leadership International, Canada) every now and then by attending various certification and diploma courses.

Over the years Paramjit has conducted numerous workshops for thousands of participants ranging from Top Management, Major Generals (Indian Army), Mid-Management, First Time Managers (including Sales Managers) and frontline staff. He has also lead the team for HR processes (OD, Assessments, PMS, L&D & Ops) while giving strategic business focused value add to the HR processes. Paramjit would have trained over 10,000 participants and conducted over 75 Assessment/Development Centres

Paramjit’s forte lies in providing the business aligned development solutions, using required assessments tools (Thomas, MBTI, Devine, etc.).
