Carole is someone who lives life gracefully with intentional purpose. Today, she stands firm on the God given Spiritual Strengths of Belief, Responsibility, Deliberative, Restorative and Adaptability that He (Jesus Christ) has instilled throughout her life.

Carole's foundational strengths are…..

BELIEF-Having intentional core values, high ethics, being altruistic, and having a consistent set of priorities allowing the ability of acquiring trust.

RESPONSIBILITY-Following through to completion, having a strong word, dependable, committed and finishing what is started with care.

DELIBERATIVE-Planning ahead, identifying and assessing the risk/reward. Careful, vigilant, approaching with reserve, observant.

RESTORATIVE-a fixer or problem solver, research/analyze with energy and enthusiasm. Studying the symptoms and offering solutions, restoring others to fullness.

ADAPTABILITY-able to accomplish various tasks or demands in the moment. Welcomes unforeseen detours, spontaneous, creative and flexible.

She experienced entrepreneurship starting at a young age. Growing up in a Christian environment with two loving parents who embraced the entrepreneurial journey, she learned & participated in the family business with her amazing father who went to be with the Lord when she was 22 years old, due to a tragic car accident.

At the age of thirty-eight and after eleven years of marriage, Carole divorced, choosing the path of being a successful single parent raising her daughter, who is now a strong, confident successful college student. This choice allowed her to deliver a style of “Purposeful Parenting” that includes teachings of Christian values, open communication, planting seeds, offering & allowing choices and MOST important....praising the efforts, not just the outcomes, just to name a few.

Utilizing these strengths above has allowed her success in working with a community of business owners in the Financial Payment Services industry for over 20+ years. She thrives in building multiple streams of income.

Carole’s intuitiveness & sales (A Contact Sport) experience comes from her past and continuous interaction with the public in many diverse environments that has allowed her various unique experiences. After working with Jack Canfield and becoming a certified trainer in the "Success Principles", she applies the principles in her daily life while inspiring others to do the same.

Carole’s desire and altruistic compassion for helping others coupled with life experience and professional training will allow you to break out of “Old Stories” of sabotaging beliefs, increase your confidence and empower you to "Lean Into Your Dreams".

Carole enjoys working with adults, single parents, college students, equipping them with a plan, a strategy and tools that build belief, self-assurance and fearless confidence.

Lastly, Carole is an experienced based Alzheimer's Consultant working with families of aging parents, She educates them in preparing for the next stage in their parents lives after diagnosis. This work holds a very special place in Carole's heart and brings awareness about the impact of this disease. Carole's mother is in her seventh year of Alzheimer's Disease.
