Laurell Lane

Laurell Lane lives in the wheat fields of Montana with her dogs, Julia and Romeo along with special needs cat Willow and many other animals at The Blue Heron Animal Shelter. In addition, Laurell, a Child Development Specialist with a masters degree in Social Work combines years of experience as a Child/Family Therapist and Juvenile Probation Officer to create stories that encourage readers to use problem-solving strategies and the development of higher self-esteem, much like the beloved characters in the books.

Anyone can develop inner strength and resolve if given the right tools.
