Joseph Lazzaro

Joseph Lazzaro is a business news editor based in New York. Lazzaro has served as a news reporter and copy editor for The Hartford (Connecticut) Courant, as a front page editor / U.S. editor for IBT Media/Newsweek, and as a news editor for ALM Media and IHS Markit in New York. In between Connecticut journalism work and New York, Lazzaro earned a Master’s Degree in political science, with a concentration in U.S. Government from the University of Connecticut at Storrs, and has taught U.S. Government courses in political science at the college level for many years.

Lazzaro’s next book - Book 2 in this series - will be, “A democratic U.S. Economy" - expected to be published in 2026.
