Deborah Burris

Deborah Burris has over 25 years of experience in professional sales, team management, and strategic business consulting. Her guiding philosophy is summarized by the word G.I.V.E, which stands for Gratitude, Integrity, Value, and Energy. Consulting companies to incorporate these principles in their business has helped them improve key personnel retention and enjoy more sustainable success. As an entrepreneur launching several successful companies, these principles have been her compass to effectively balance her professional and personal relationships. In 2017, Deborah joined Closer Secrets as managing partner. Here she focuses on developing strategies and processes to help clients maximize profits and closers maximize performance.

She has a passion for coaching entrepreneurs who seek to optimize their lives and use their energy to make a meaningful impact. This is accomplished by focusing on ultimate purpose, true passion, and prioritizing people.

Deborah has a Bachelor of Economics degree from Brigham Young University and a Master of Business Administration degree. She is a certified professional sales trainer and certified leadership development coach, graduate of the Dale Carnegie program, former Assistant Director of the mentoring program for the National Association of Women Business Owners (NAWBO), Wistia agency partner, and has been a speaker at Microsoft, NAWBO, and Infusionsoft/Keap. She is married to Christian Burris; together they have four children. Her highest priority and greatest joy is her family.
