I came to the writing party late, but they say it's never too late.

In a previous incarnation, I was a musician, and performing Jazz was a deep pleasure. For me, there is synchronicity in writing novels and playing Jazz. Both require the requisite 10,000 hours of diligent study but also a significant amount of letting go. You have to dwell in the moment and allow the ideas to flow. But there is also a significant difference, with writing, the initial, joyful performance is just the start.

Writing is powerful: a window to the world. The journey can be cathartic and therapeutic. I would recommend writing to everyone with one small caveat: the assembling of words into coherence will consume you. Bon Appétit.

I hope you will enjoy 'We Shouldn't Be Here', 'The Body in Abbey Park' and most recently 'Murder in the Twelfth House'. Their creation was a pleasure and, without a doubt, for me anyway, deeply therapeutic.

My expectation is to continue the saga with further releases. The protagonists are destined to take on the twentieth century.

The next release will be: 'Something Worth Dying For' on 09 February 2024, followed by 'Kiss of the Dragon' on 08 April 2024.
