S Lucas is a self-published indie author, who lives in the North West UK with their significant other. When they are not writing they can be found either reading, blogging, or sat behind a sewing machine making costumes for various events around the country.

They have always loved falling into a fantasy world, and spend way too much time with their head in the clouds. But if it wasn’t for those clouds, then none of the stories they have written so far would have been done.

After completing NaNoWriMo for the first time in 2020 during the pandemic, because they had far too much time on their hands, the completed story of Against the Odds was ready to be let out into the wild.
