Bob Huneycutt

Anyone who has read my book, Blue Eternal Sky, will have been introduced to the Unification Church, which I joined in 1976, Akai Hana Restaurant in Carrboro NC, which I opened in 1997 with novelist Lee Smith and writer Hal Crowther, and Atlantic Beach NC, where I frequently surf. I attend the Triangle Family Church in Durham, the local Unification Church affiliate, where I play guitar in the church band. Blue Eternal Sky is my first book on Kindle, but I have other works that I want to add: Empty Shores, growing up on the beach and flirting with environmental terrorism, and Leaving Shadowland, reveling in depression and finding a door of hope. My intention in writing Blue Eternal Sky was not to step on people's toes, but to write a love letter to my church, but make it raw and honest. I learned that from my children.
