Jacqueline T. Small

Jacqueline T. Small was born and raised in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and remains a resident of Pennsylvania. She has earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Temple University, a Master's degree in Education from Cheyney University of Pennsylvania and a Master's degree in Library and Information Science from San Jose State University.
