The Author Dr. Ravindran.K.A. (Bachelor of Commerce [B. Com], Bachelor of Laws [LL. B), Masters in Personnel Management & Industrial Relations [M. A – PM&IR.] and a Ph.D. holder in Management) is a seasoned Human Resource Management professional with close to three decades of hands-on work experience in various industries, majorly well-known Japanese Corporates, managing the entire Human Resource & General Affairs functions in senior leadership roles.
