Dean Radt

Dean retired from a career in public safety and subsequently earned his MFA in Creative Writing from Lasell University's Solstice Program, having been awarded the Dennis Lehane Fellowship for Fiction in 2020. He is passionate about pens, whiskey, and stories, and is a proud member of the Equinoxes and Richmond Fantasy Collective (RFC) writing groups.

He continues to work on the second Dark Sky Series book and had planned to publish it in early 2024, but his new full time job and his part time writing commitments have pushed the release of Grimble's second book back. After many rewrites, as of June 2024, the book is nearing the end of the second act, and work is again progressing strongly.

His local writing group, the RFC, has put together an anthology of short stories. Dean's contribution, Terminal Freight, is the one science fiction story among the amazing collection of fantasy stories written by the other authors.
