Yolanda Roary

Yolanda Roary is a wife and mother of three children. Her passion for people and innate desire to see them thrive keeps her going. As an author, Yolanda freely shares her struggle, and strength as she allowed God to make her into a willing vessel, wife, help meet, and mother. In this book, she shares her failure, triumph, and power to overcome in a marriage stinched with adultery, selfishness, and immaturity.

She is a Certified Life Transformation Coach and Certified Symbis Facilitator/Coach for couples. Her personal clients gain the confidence to navigate their life experience and transform out of stagnant places. She believes in beautifully empowering all who grace her presence. Life is not one size fits all, and neither are her coaching strategies. Yolanda considers her coaching style to be "universal" as she becomes a catalyst, reaching and crossing boundaries with her client.

Couples receive an in-depth assessment (Symbis) and the tools needed to live a life together as one. Whether engaged, or newly married, Yolanda teaches Godly principles in her relationship sessions. Her firm belief that marriage is ordained by God and will only last with God, is the guiding force behind her coaching. Through prayer, scripture application, oneness assignments, and tools tailored to each couple, she assists in strengthening relationships for a lifetime.

As the founder of Grace Coaching Academy, Yolanda certifies Life Coaches by teaching, educating, and preparing them with the tools necessary to groom their clients for success in life. She enjoys giving help for today, hope for tomorrow, and strategy for organizations ready to embark their next level of growth. She believes that we are all responsible for sharing the grace that has been bestowed upon us.
