Julia Chavez

My name is Julia Gonzales Chavez mother of 4 and wife of my beloved Sergio Trejo Chavez and I am from a small town called Santa Rosa, Texas. I was born to Bertha Fonseca and Reynaldo Gonzales in 1984 in Monroe Louisiana. I was raised Catholic my parents and grandmother and godmother took me to church.I've always known God.

It wasn't until I was older that I realized how real and how much God loved and carried me after living past all the trauma in my life.

I wrote this book in a short period of time, but it took me longer to put it out because I wanted to make sure I was as transparent as possible. I wanted to make sure everyone knows if they feel this way they're not alone, because I did, and it was the worst feeling in the world. My prayer is that others can understand our real struggles after our release and that they may have compassion and patience with those being released.
