Carla Martilotti

Carla has been sharing her love of writing and imagination ever since her first book, "Pinky Pig: Lost in the City!" hit the bookstores with a big bang back in 1991. Since then, she's written more than a dozen books, with several of them also appearing in Spanish. In fact, one of her Spanish books, "El Mundo Magico de Mishi," won the 2023 International Latino Book Award. Carla's books contain the writing found in books of yesteryear, books that teach children valuable lessons about life, friendship and doing the right thing: In other words, good, old-fashioned story-telling. When not at her home in Miami, Florida, she enjoys traveling the world while finding more inspirations as she goes.
