Angus McKinnon

Angus McKinnon grew up in various places in Australia, studied in China in the early 1980's, and worked throughout Asia in oil exploration before doing an MBA in Hawaii to shift into the finance industry in Japan. He lives in Tokyo with his wife, while his son avoids him by studying in San Francisco though they do get together for a shared passion for skiing. In addition to a few versions of English, Angus speaks Japanese, Chinese, a little each of Indonesian, Latin and Scots Gaelic, and causes his very sweet French tutor to suffer his torture of the French language on a regular basis. When not pondering the arcane mysteries of the stock market, Angus delves into science news, maths and astronomy.
