Stephen Wyatt

Stephen (Steve) Wyatt is an experienced business leader and consultant who believes strongly in the importance of developing and empowering talent and leadership. He is currently also a professor of Leadership and Strategy at the University of Bath, UK. Professor Wyatt was formerly a Regional Managing Partner of Monitor Group (Monitor Deloitte) and a partner with Heidrick & Struggles Leadership Consultancy. He is the author of four books. The two most recent discuss leadership and management in the accelerated, digitally enabled context of the 4th Industrial Revolution. Through his consulting and teaching, he shares his insights to enhance the effectiveness of leaders and the performance of enterprises. Now living in the UK, he has extensive international experience, having been based in Asia and Europe for almost 30 years.
