Laura Kepner

Laura Kepner founded Safety Harbor Writers & Poets in 2010 and has since worked to bring opportunities to writers and poets through classes, conferences, open mic events, and public art. Laura was editor-in-chief of Odet, a Florida based literary journal, and co-author of A Brief History of Safety Harbor, Florida. She has won awards for her writing and volunteer work. Her first children's picture book, When Lourdes was Big was released in February, 2021.
