Ian Hesketh

Dr Ian Hesketh is an expert in Wellbeing and Management and has written extensively on the subject. Dr Hesketh introduced the concept of Leaveism to explain workplace phenomenon in response to physical and psychological stressors and has authored and contributed to a large body of research on general workplace wellbeing. His writing partnership with Prof Sir Cary Cooper has resulted in numerous publications that have informed the field of Organisational HR and Management for many years.
