Tony Weightman

Tony has a wealth of practical experience of working with large organisations such as GSK,Nestle,Nissan and Transport for London as a change consultant. In that time he has become a go-to person for both assessment centres and advice on working positively with Trade Unions.

He has written a number of books which draw on his experience. These are always practical and the content is easy to implement into your organisation. He has also designed training materials which employers use for their Management Development courses and assessment centres.

Prior to his work as a consultant, Tony has worked at a senior level in organisations such as Procter and Gamble, Unilever and Scottish and Newcastle Breweries. .
