Myndel Miller

Myndel Miller was a public-school teacher for 30 years. She taught for fourteen years at the elementary school level before making a move to high school where she would, years later, have the privilege of teaching some of her former fourth and fifth grade students.

It was while teaching seniors that Myndel realized there was much about life she needed them to know. And the idea for her first book, Before You Leave I Just Want to Say, was born and then published in 2016. She has since written three more books--two of which are picture books.

Ms. Miller has recently retired and is looking forward to this new chapter of her life. When she's not writing, Myndel enjoys a good meal, a good cruise, and of course, a good book. If you happen to see her while she's out and about, please say hello!
