Originally from the Czech Republic, Kate enjoys travelling around the world and has lived in five different countries across Europe and Asia, as well as in Canberra, Australia. Today, Kate is working as a compliance officer in London, UK. Before, she spent three years at a sell-side equity research firm in London helping the business to double its revenue and staff by leading the legal and compliance team. As recognition of her achievements, Kate received the Management Today's 35 Women Under 35 award in 2019, was shortlisted for the Women in Finance 2020 Awards, and the Women in Financial Advice Awards 2020.

Kate loves salsa dancing, yoga, and baking.
